Why You Should Stay at The Wynn & Encore Las Vegas
Somehow, The Wynn has found the delicate mix between a younger crowd which usually frequents the Encore, where the nightclub scene is strong and an older, wealthy crowd that includes some of the largest whales in Vegas. It rivals the Aria/Bellagio relationship, which makes sense, as Steve Wynn was the mastermind behind the Bellagio becoming the most iconic property on the strip.
The only knock on the Wynn is the location. It is almost as far north on the strip as you can get, so it limits a bit of the appeal if you have plans on the central or south strip. That said, it is not so far that you can’t visit The Venetian or Caesars Palace without needing additional transportation.
Andrea’s (sharable Asian), Cipriani (Italian), Costa di Mare (seafood flown in daily), Lakeside (fresh Hawaiian fish), Mitzumi (sushi), Sinatra (classic Italian), SW Steakhouse, Tableau (classic), and Wing Lei (first Chinese restaurant in the US to earn a Michelin star) offer fine dining for any pallet.
The Wynn also features a number of more casual dining experience including Allegro (pizza), The Café, Charlie’s Bar + Grill (American), Jardin (farm-fresh), La Cave (shareable), Red 8 (noodles), Terrace Pointe Café (brunch), Urth Caffé (healthy), and Wazuzu (Asian fusion). They also feature one of the best buffets in Vegas, The Wynn Buffet.
They have a number of lounges and bar experiences and features XS nightclub (where Drake just chose for his Vegas residency), Encore Beach Club, and Intrigue nightclub. It also offers a young, sexy, flirty vibe, so your sure to be around the hottest people who are ready to party.
