Every Fontainebleau Las Vegas Restaurant
Fontainebleau Las Vegas is scheduled to open in December 2023, after more than a decade of delays. The resort will have 3,644 rooms and suites, a 173,000-square-foot casino, and a variety of dining and entertainment options. The massive resort complex is expected to have over 25 restaurants & bars.
