Additionally, Hearthstone offers rustic American restaurant kitchen meals by Chef Brian Massie of The Light Group. 8 Noodle Bar (known for its steamed buns and ramen noodles) features a menu with touches of Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese and Thai cuisine influences.
